These attributes are at the foundation of Kintura’s nearly 75 years of excellence in serving the needs of an ever-growing and evolving population of older adults. We have not only a deep understanding of these needs, but also the intricate knowledge of what it takes to achieve serving them.

Our team is made up of some of the nation’s top leaders in aging services – from management, finance and health care to human resources, marketing and sales and branding. Our co-CEOs are two of the best-known leaders in our field: Steve Fleming, former president and CEO of The Well-Spring Group and a past chair of the national board of LeadingAge, and Tim Webster, former president and CEO of Brightspire. It was their vision to bring those two organizations together as one – Kintura.
